– Alice Place Monroe provides much needed affordable housing to adults 55 and older in Monroe and the surrounding area. Our goal was to create a community where residents can feel at home and enjoy the multiple amenities and communal spaces on-site. There has been a need for independent senior housing throughout Green County. Bringing Affordable Senior Housing to Monroe will continue to be integral to the growth of Monroe.

Through hands on art classes and both virtual and in-person music events, Creative Aging supports enhancing seniors’ well-being and providing opportunities for building connection and social capital.

Woodbury/Cannon County Water Tank Replacement

The project is to replace a 300,000 gallon water tank with a 750,000 gallon water tank in the Parker Hill area of Cannon County. The existing tank was corroding and rusting resulting in severe leakage of up to 5,000,000 gallons of water annually. The project is benefitting nearly 8,500 people.
