The mission of the Puerto Rico Department of Housing is to increase the housing inventory, manage existing public housing projects, and offer subsidy programs to low- or medium-income individuals and families that allow them to have a decent, safe, and personal home that contributes to improving their quality of life and self-sufficiency.
