Allatoona Resource Center

Woolson Block is the rehabilitation of the prominent historic 150-year old Woolson Block in downtown Springfield. The project is a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with elevator access on two floors above the commercial space. There is a need in the State for more housing – especially 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the Springfield area; and the preservation of a historic building was desirable to the community.
