Searcy Housing Solutions has completed the development of sixty (60) units known as The South Grove. The South Grove is a newly constructed property consisting of two and three-story buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three bedroom units with square footage from 760 for a one bedroom, 1,146 for a two bedroom, and 1,310 for a three bedroom. All units have been built with 9-foot ceilings which causes the units to feel very large and open.

The Searcy Housing Authority (SHA) through its non-profit Searcy Housing Solutions which was created as a non-profit affiliate to facilitate the goal of the Searcy Housing Authority increasing the availability of housing stock of all types in Searcy and the surrounding area. Searcy Housing Solutions (SHS) offers affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing opportunities to low- and moderate-income families including elderly and disabled persons. The Agency provides rental assistance to families who pay no more than 30% of their income toward rent and utilities. As an Agency, it is dedicated to creating safe, viable, and vibrant communities for a broad-based market founded on quality of life and hope. Searcy Housing Solutions is the provider of housing of choice and supports a variety of programs fostering economic self-sufficiency and personal growth.
