The historic adaptive reuse of the former Maine Industrial School for Girls into 29 units for older adults.  The project assists in the revitalization of a mixed use, mixed income campus in the historic town of 2400 people adjacent to the state capital of Augusta.  The project consist of efficiency and one bedroom units target to 30%, 50% & 60% AMI income and rent restricted units.

The project has been completed and fully occupied.
