Alice Place Monroe provides much needed affordable housing to adults 55 and older in Monroe and the surrounding area. Our goal was to create a community where residents can feel at home and enjoy the multiple amenities and communal spaces on-site. There has been a need for independent senior housing throughout Green County. Bringing Affordable Senior Housing to Monroe will continue to be integral to the growth of Monroe.

Alice Place Monroe is fully completed and we’re currently accepting applications for our waitlist.

  • Alice Place Monroe has had and will continue to have a positive impact on the senior community in Green County and surrounding areas by providing quality affordable housing.
  • Alice Place Monroe employs a property manager and maintenance manager. Our community also works with local contractors and vendors as needed.
  • A variety of community rooms are available throughout the building for residents to access. Community areas include an arts/crafts room, billiards room, exercise room, library, computer room, community kitchens and more. The variety of spaces allow residents to interact with each other and enjoy their favorite hobbies outside of their apartment. The community rooms with kitchens are always a favorite as it allows our property managers to host community pot locks along and residents also have the option to reserve the space to host family gatherings.
