Special Needs Programs Administrator
Salary Range $80,000 – $100,000 (determined by experience)

Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Director of Housing and Community Development, this position will manage program staff, which perform the duties necessary to operate a successful Balance of State Continuum of Care and deliver programs to meet the demands of Special Needs populations across the state.  This position works in conjunction with the Assistance Deputy Director of Housing and Community Development to constantly assess where programs can be expanded, revised or created to meet the needs of Special Needs populations statewide.  This position maintains working relationships with local governments, state agencies, Councils of Governments, non-profits, HUD, Arizona Coalition to End Homelessness and other entities with which ADOH collaborates to deliver services.
