Irving Senior Community Center

Niobrara Valley Vineyards is a family-run business this expansion project will increase the economic and tourism capacity of local entrepreneurs. Expansion is to include new tasting room and event center for larger scale groups. CDBG funds will provide Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility specifically to construct approximately 2,000 ft of walking paths, four resting seats, one camping site, one set of bathrooms, and handicap parking.

Sofidel Inola Oklahoma

Tissue paper maker Sofidel chose Rogers County in Oklahoma as the site for their new 1.8 million-square-foot facility. New public water lines were necessary in order to make the site viable, and Rogers County requested CDBG funds in order to provide the necessary public infrastructure to allow Sofidel’s private investment to move forward.
