Gateway Village is an affordable housing development located in Cozad. The project, supported by the Cozad Housing Authority, provides 15 housing units available for households up to 60% area median income. Low-income housing tax credits are also being used for the development. The property was once home to the local high school and middle school.

The project is expected to be completed in summer 2022. 

Gateway Village is funded through $500,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships funding from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development as well as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.
