Project Riverwatch includes the enhancement of underutilized public space in the heart of downtown Grand Haven, to increase access to the waterfront. This project will create new green space, construct a new public overlook deck, widen the sidewalk & addition of a stairway to the boardwalk, and create new ADA accessible pathways to the waterfront.
CDBG funds totaling $1.4 million supported the development.
