Our client is a single elderly female widower who has lived in this home for 40 years. She heard about our program at church from one of our agency employees. Home Repair staff then met with her to further explain our program, at that time she addressed many issues that she was having with her home. Our home repair in-house construction crew installed a new roof and guttering, siding, secured all porch railings, installed new porch steps with a landing, painted two porches, soffit and fascia wrap on all exterior wood areas, GFCI’s in kitchen and bathrooms, one light switch, repaired a ceiling where the roof once leaked, and 10 double pane windows.

Completion of the project increased the homeowner’s property value from $54,000 to $75,000. She noticed that her utility bills have been lower since the transformation. This project used the services of many local supply houses and one contractor.
