A vacant lot in the middle of the main street was created by arson.  The project assists in the revitalization of the downtown in a Choice Neighborhood by creating a mixed use, mixed income development with street front commercial space and a mix of one, two and three bedroom units target to 30%, 50% & 60% AMI income and rent restricted units and 22 market rent units.
