Regional Membership

COSCDA is a national organization open to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.  The states have been divided into four regions, representing the entire country.  The regions are designed to facilitate participation by states in a common geographical area.  Each region elects a representative to the COSCDA board of directors.

Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont

South

Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, and U.S. Virgin Islands

Midwest

Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin

West

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico,  North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Guam, Northern Mariana Island,  and American Samoa
